Cops arrived at his home over Toshakhana case !!

Former Pakistan prime minister Imran khan may soon be arrested in connection with the Toshakhana case.
Islamabad and Punjab police officials arrived at his zaman park residence in Lahore on Sunday afternoon to take the former PM into custody. 
Meanwhile, Pakistan tehreek-e-insaadlf leaders and supporters have threatened to launch mass protests over the situation.

  What is Toshakhana Scandal ??

Toshakhana case refers to a corruption scandal that took place in Pakistan in 2020. The case involves allegations of corruption against former Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari, former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, and other high-profile politicians.

The case is related to the misuse of the Toshakhana, a state guest house where gifts and other valuables given to the government officials are kept. It was alleged that the accused received expensive cars as gifts from foreign leaders, but instead of depositing them in the Toshakhana, they kept them for personal use or sold them for their own financial gain.
