Whey protein hydrolysate (WPH): This form of whey protein is pre-digested or partially hydrolyzed, which means that it has been broken down into smaller peptides and amino acids for faster absorption and digestion. WPH is often used in is more dical and sports nutrition products.

Native Whey protien: This type of whey protien is made directly from fresh milk and it is not a byproduct of cheese product. It is more expensive than other types of whey protein and widely not available

Grass-fed whey protein: This type of whey protein comes from cows that have been fed a diet of grass, rather than grain. It is often marketed as a more natural and sustainable option.
