The Adani Group and Hindenburg controversy pertains to allegations made by the investment research firm Hindenburg Research against the Adani Group, a large Indian conglomerate with businesses in sectors such as energy, logistics, and infrastructure. In June 2021, Hindenburg Research published a report titled "The Adani Group: [in] Good Company?" in which it made several claims of impropriety by the Adani Group. WPL 2023 Opening Ceremony highlights : The opening ceremony of the WPL ended with the captains of the five franchises unveiling the trophy that they will be playing for. The performances were headlined by Bollywood actors Kiara Advani and Kriti Sanon and ended with a set from Punjabi pop star AP Dhillon. Kiara and Kriti joined Dhillon at the end of his set after which host Mandira Bedi called on stage the BCCI officials.
